- Tailoring our programs that we offer - know who the cohort is and build on their strengths
- Being responsive to the student's needs
- Departments collaborating - teachings collaborating together - identify at risk students and focus on what is/not working
- Short term goal (quick sustainable goals) - Intensive classes
- Long term goal (long term planning) - thematic programs for each class/cohort
Ultimately the running of the department should follow the Lencioni Triangle - which focuses on improving team alignment and performance.
